Honey, Almond & Chia Seed Granola
Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds, chopped
½ cup white chia seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup almond flour
½ cup raw, unfiltered honey
½ cup extra virgin coconut oil, melted
½ cup warm filtered water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275 F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds, sunflower seeds and almond flour.
- In a small bowl, stir together unfiltered honey, coconut oil and water.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Spread evenly on a large baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Let cool and toss with chia seeds. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
