The secret to this luscious latte isn’t loads of milk—or a strong shot of espresso. In fact, dairy and coffee play no part at all in this irresistibly chilly sip, whipped up with brightly colored matcha green tea powder and unsweetened almond milk. The creamy texture comes from chia seeds, which soften and swell when soaked to create extra smoothness, while stevia and vanilla add sweetness without any added sugar. Consider skipping the straw–you’re going to want to gulp this one down!
