This smoothie, created specifically with the health needs of men in mind, has that little something extra. Boosts of maca and turmeric help keep you going and feeling great all day long.

Men’s Health Smoothie with Maca and Turmeric


2 scoops Daily Maca for Men*
1 scoop Daily Turmeric
24 oz. water
4 Tbsp. raw pumpkin seeds
½ pomegranate fruit of seeds
½ cup wild blueberries
2 vine ripe tomatoes
1 carrot
½ organic apple
½ small red beet, peeled
½ lime with pith


In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
