Maca-Dandelion Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy beverage of choice)
1-2 tsp. dandelion blend powder, to taste
1-2 tsp. organic maca powder, to taste
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
½ tsp. cinnamon
Ice cubes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (or combine ingredients in an airtight jar and shake).
