Mango Chia Coconut Pudding
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. coconut manna
½ cup frozen mango chunks
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
¾ cup So Delicious Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint or basil, optional
Directions
- In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
