One of the best things about chia pudding is that it usually doesn’t take much time to whip up. You’re mostly just mixing ingredients together and letting them sit. Plus, as the seeds sit and thicken, they’ll absorb the flavors of whatever you’ve added to it. You’ll end up with a dish that’s incredibly flavorful and tasty, easy to make and full of nutrients. Ready to get started? Try this pudding recipe, in which two fruity favorites combine with chia to make a delectable, tropical treat.
