Flavored with natural maple syrup and baked to candied perfection, they’re the perfect amount of sweet, warm and all-around delicious. Maple-Cinnamon Pecans

Ingredients
- 2 cups pecans soaked for 4 hours* (soaking optional)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions

In medium-sized bowl, cover pecans with 1” to 2” water. Add salt. Loosely cover bowl with dishcloth; let pecans soak 4 hours. Pecans will swell up considerably. Drain and rinse pecans; pat dry.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

On parchment-lined baking sheet, spread pecans. Bake 5 minutes. If you did not soak your pecans, do not bake at this time.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix together maple syrup and cinnamon.

Thoroughly coat pecans in maple-cinnamon mixture. Return to oven; continue baking 10 to 15 minutes, until crisp. Let cool 10 minutes to harden further.
