Maple Nut Protein Bites
Makes 8 bites
Macros per serving: 75 calories | 7 g protein | 4 g carbs | 4 g fat
¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup
2 scoops Quest Nutrition Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
¼ cup powdered peanut butter (or peanut flour)
2 Tbsp. cashew butter
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Pinch of salt
- In a medium-size bowl, microwave syrup for 10 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir until fully incorporated.
- Roll batter into 8 even balls and eat…or save for later.
