Mo’s Avocado Smash
Essential Baking Co. seeded bread or Julian’s Bakery Paleo Wrap
½ cup organic zucchini, shredded
2 Tbsp. red cabbage, shredded
2 Tbsp. hemp seeds, toasted
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, diced
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. coconut aminos
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cayenne pepper OR fresh jalapeño pepper, sliced, optional
- Warm or toast bread or wrap.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except for the bread, and mash until you reached desired level of consistency.
- Spread mixture onto an open-faced toast or wrap.
- Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight, glass container.
