No-bake Cheesecake Bites with Dark Chocolate and Fresh Blueberries

As summer starts creeping in, nothing sounds better than a chilled bowl of yogurt and fresh fruit. But when you’re craving something sweeter than a handful of juicy berries, it’s time to rethink the recipe. Who knew you could use the same ingredients from your breakfast yogurt bowl to make a creamy treat with a decadent crunch? Just soak some KIND Healthy Grains overnight, add a little chocolate and top with plump blueberries for a bite-sized dessert sure to put that sweet tooth to rest.

Makes 20 bites

Ingredients

1 cup KIND Healthy Grains Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flax Seeds
5 KIND Healthy Grains Dark Chocolate Chunk Bars 
1/2 cup Chobani® 0% Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Fage® 2% Greek Yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and vanilla blueberry clusters. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Cut each bar into four even squares and top with 2 tsp. chilled yogurt/cluster mixture.
  3. Place fresh blueberries on each square and serve immediately.
