No-Bake Chocolate-Mint Protein Balls
Makes 10-16 protein balls
Ingredients
½ cup old-fashioned oats
1 scoop chocolate-mint protein powder
1/8 cup chocolate-mint coconut butter (softened)
1 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. almond milk
Directions
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Shape mixture into balls and refrigerate to set.
