No-Bake Chocolate-Mint Protein Balls

The ball’s in your court: you can unwrap a boring, bland bar, sip on yet-another smoothie or spend just a few minutes mixing up a batch of these busting-with-chocolate beauties. With a wallop of protein and two flavors usually combined only in guilt-inducing desserts, they’re a healthy snack you’ll want to pack for mid-day fuel or post-workout replenishment—or whenever an unstoppable craving for sweets rolls around.

Chocolate-Mint Protein Balls Recipe

No-Bake Chocolate-Mint Protein Balls

Makes 10-16 protein balls

Ingredients

½ cup old-fashioned oats
1 scoop chocolate-mint protein powder
1/8 cup chocolate-mint coconut butter (softened)
1 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. almond milk

Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Shape mixture into balls and refrigerate to set.
