No-Bake Fudgy Coconut Cookies with Collagen

Ingredients 

1/2 cup coconut butter 
3 ripe bananas 
1/4 cup collagen peptides
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1/2 cup salted almonds

Directions

  1. In oven-safe, medium-sized bowl, melt coconut butter in warm oven.
  2. Add bananas and mash until smooth. Stir in collagen peptides and cocoa powder. Then, add coconut flakes, hemp hearts and salted almonds and stir until combined.
  3. On parchment-lined baking sheet, drop dough by spoonfuls.
  4. Refrigerate until firm (30-60 minutes).
