In that case, a wholesome, bite-size peanut butter treat will hit the spot when you’re lusting for something slightly sinful. An organic, chunky spread and a powder made from roasted peanuts pack irresistible nutty flavor with fewer fat and calories. Combined with pumpkin, almond and coconut flours, chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon, they create delightful morsels to satisfy your cravings.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Morsels

Ingredients

1-½ cups crunchy peanut butter
1 can pumpkin
1/3 cup Vitacost Peanut Butter Slim Powder
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1-2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cinnamon, to taste
Cayenne, optional, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  2. Scoop out a spoonful at a time and roll into bite-size balls.
  3. Refrigerate or freeze up to 3 hours.
  4. Store leftovers in fridge or freezer up to 6 weeks in airtight container.
