Nutmeg Protein Waffles
Ingredients
½ cup FlapJacked Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
Coconut oil for greasing
Topping: Wild Friends Vanilla Espresso Almond Butter, melted
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together (except coconut oil and almond butter).
- Pour batter onto a greased waffle griddle over medium-high heat, about 3-5 minutes.
