PB & Grape Jelly Smoothie

A PB & J sandwich is totally tote-able for a picnic in the park or a day at the beach. But try scarfing one down in the car, and it becomes a sticky mess (carwash, stat!). Add kids to the equation, and you’re really in a jam. What you need to do is turn the timeless duo into a mouth-watering smoothie. Free of gluten and full of plant power, this peanut butter and grape jelly drink spares you the cleaning bill – and everyone can drink to that!

Plant-Based PB & J Smoothie Recipe

PB & Grape Jelly Smoothie

Serves 1


1 scoop Vega One Vanilla Nutritional Shake
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
¾ cup grapes (preferably Concord grapes)
1 Tbsp. smooth, natural peanut butter

Directions: In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients, pouring in liquids first. Process until smooth. Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender (liquids first).
