Pumpkin Pie Collagen Bites


When you’re craving a formal dessert but don’t have the time to make one, whip up these simple pumpkin pie bites that you can easily pop into your mouth and go! Yields around 15 bites; serving size: 3 bites

1/2 cup pitted dates (about 9)
3/4 cup whole grain oats
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 cup pecans
5 scoops Reserveage™ Nutrition Collagen Replenish™ Powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger


1. In bowl, soak dates in warm water for around 30 minutes.

2. In food processor, pulse oats into fine powder. Add remaining ingredients, including dates, until combined. Place mixture in refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until firm enough to easily roll into balls.

3. Using your hands, roll mixture into 15 balls. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
