1/2 cup organic canned pumpkin
3/4 cup milk or low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. brown sugar
4 ice cubes
Top with a bit of whipped cream for a delicious dessert!

Berry-Banana Boost
(makes 4 servings)
2 cups ice cubes
2 bananas, peeled and cut into small slices (1/2 to 1″ thick)
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup orange juice (or orange sherbet for a creamier texture)

Cooling Cucumber Mint
(makes 4 servings)
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 cups frozen cubed melon fruit (cantaloupe or honeydew)
2 cups lemon-flavored yogurt or sorbet
2 tbs chopped fresh mint
¼ tsp lemon zest

Chocolate Sundae Supreme
(makes 2 servings)
4 oz. fat-free caramel yogurt
1 banana, peeled and cut into small slices (1/2 to 1″ thick), frozen
5 strawberries, chopped and frozen
1 large scoop fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
1 ½ tbs chocolate syrup (optional)

Smoothie tip: Frozen fruit tends to blend better than fresh fruit. If you use fresh fruit, add a few extra ice cubes to perfect the texture of your smoothie. Happy blending!
