Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; transfer to a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Serve warm.
