Many herbs have strange names, and horny goat weed is no exception. The herb, known to many as yin yang huo, apparently received its nickname when it was found that goats grazing on this weed were sexually aroused.
We’re not goats, of course–so the question is, will this herb have the same impact on us? Also known as yin yang huo, horny goat weed may help support healthy energy levels and vigor.
