Ingredients
½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
½ cup sweet potato, cooked and mashed or sweet potato puree
2 Tbsp shelled hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup water
Directions
- In a small ramekin or bowl, microwave oats and water for 2 minutes.
