Truffled Marcona Almonds
Ingredients
1 cup Marcona almonds
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
3 tsp. truffle oil
1-2 tsp. shaved truffles
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Juice of one small- to medium-sized lemon
Optional: sprinkle fresh or dried parsley, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine oils, pepper and lemon juice and mix well. Add almonds and toss to coat well.
- Spread almonds on baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees F for 8-10 minutes (just until the scent of aromatic spices becomes present).
- Remove almonds from oven and let cool before enjoying as a snack or sprinkled on salad, soup and more.
