Vanilla-Pomegranate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
¼ cup chia seeds
2 squeezes vanilla crème liquid stevia
Toppings: Pomegranate seeds and shredded coconut
Directions
- Combine milk, chia seeds and stevia in a jar, seal and let sit overnight.
- Mix in a handful of fresh pomegranate seeds and top off with shredded coconut.
- Enjoy!
