Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1-1/8 cups unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tsp. maca powder
1 tsp. maple syrup
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
Directions
- In a toaster oven or microwave, toast the old-fashioned oats for about 3 minutes.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
