Vegan Peanut Butter Cups

Peanut butter and chocolate are a brilliant time-tested and taste bud-approved combination. Snacks and desserts are often created to unite these two ingredients in perfect culinary harmony. Peanut Butter Cups Recipe

Vegan Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

½ cup all-natural peanut butter (or tahini for a paleo version)
½ cup coconut butter
2 Tbsp. agave (or honey for a non-vegan version)
cacao nibs
pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Line a cupcake pan with 7 liners.
  2. Add all ingredients, except cacao, to a glass bowl and place over a small pot of boiling water. Stir until combined.
  3. Remove from heat and pour evenly into cupcake liners.
  4. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
