Vegan Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
½ cup all-natural peanut butter (or tahini for a paleo version)
½ cup coconut butter
2 Tbsp. agave (or honey for a non-vegan version)
cacao nibs
pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Line a cupcake pan with 7 liners.
- Add all ingredients, except cacao, to a glass bowl and place over a small pot of boiling water. Stir until combined.
- Remove from heat and pour evenly into cupcake liners.
- Sprinkle with cacao nibs and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
