Plant-Powered Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

All you need is a blender and the basic workings of a pumpkin pie, except for the refined sugar and dairy. Sorry, but this rich-and-creamy smoothie only has enough room for the essentials – plant protein, dietary fiber, omegas and vitamin A. Finding the best pumpkin has never been easier!

Serves 1


1 serving Vega One French Vanilla Nutritional Shake
1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions: In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth and enjoy!
