The holidays are the perfect time to add warming spices to your diet. These cozy flavorings help aid digestion in case you over-do it on Mom’s green bean casserole. Plus, spices like cinnamon are low on the glycemic index but still offer enough zest to satisfy a craving. This year, in lieu of indulging in sugary treats, snack on these spiced nuts. They’re a little bit sweet, a tad peppery and a handful of crunchy.
