Just like the name implies… this summery sip is FRESH. Agua fresca, which means “fresh water” in Spanish, is a popular drink throughout Central America. It’s a mocktail-like beverage traditionally made by combining water, sugar and fruits. This version, however, ditches processed sugar and instead calls for raw honey (to make it vegan, use agave syrup or coconut nectar). Crash this sweet flavor with cooling watermelon, zesty lime and sparkling water and you’ve got yourself (and three of your friends!) a fizzy refreshment fit for a day of fun under the sun.

Watermelon Agua Fresca with Collagen

Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon, cut into pieces
- ¼ Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 4 scoops Multi Collagen Protein
- ¼ cup sparkling water
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ Tbsp. raw honey
Instructions

In blender, combine watermelon, water, honey and lime juice. Pour into 4 individual glasses.

Just before servings, stir in sparkling water.
