Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 can (15 oz.) coconut cream full fat
  • 1 cup plant-based milk yogurt or unsweetened 2% or full fat plain Greek yogurt
  • Pinch monk fruit
  • Pinch sea salt
Instructions
  1. In high-speed blender or food processor, blend ingredients into creamy texture.
  2. Transfer to loaf pan or muffin pan (for individual scoops) and freeze approximately 3 hours.
  3. Enjoy as-is or add toppings of choice.
Note: Serve immediately for soft-serve smoothie.
