Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine eggs with ghee, oil and sugars. Mix well.
  3. Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
  4. Next, mix in milk and smooth batter.
  5. Stir in chopped apples.
  6. Pour into prepared, 9-in loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 40-45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Once cooled, drizzle caramel atop loaf of bread.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
