Depending on dough being made, combine butter or peanut butter with sugar until well combined and fluffy. Stir in flour, oatmeal if using, and salt.
Add almond milk until desired consistency. Mix in candies chocolate chips or sprinkles, depending on desired recipe.
Form dough into tablespoon-sized balls. Refrigerate uneaten portion.
Note: Swap out or add in any mix-ins. Customize for the holidays; Use green peppermint candies for St. Patrick’s Day or red and white sprinkles for Valentine’s Day.
