Instructions
  1. In small bowl, mix flaxseed and water and let sit. This will make the flax egg.
  2. In medium bowl, mix wet ingredients until smooth. Add dry ingredients and stir until dough forms.
  3. Prepare loaf pan with parchment and press dough evenly into pan.
  4. Using double boiler, melt white chocolate chips and cacao butter wafers over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour mixture over dough and spread evenly with spatula. Top with cinnamon.
  6. Refrigerate 30 minutes, cut into bars and enjoy.
