In zip-tied bag or airtight container, marinade shrimp in olive oil, lime juice and spices.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 450 degrees F.

Using skewers, grill grate or grill basket, grill raw shrimp 5 minutes total, flipping once. (Note: If using pre-cooked shrimp, grill 1-2 minutes to heat through.) Remove from grill when internal temp is 145 degrees F.

Grill tortillas 3-4 minutes.

For each taco, include 4 shrimp, pineapple slices, jalapeno and cilantro.

Before serving, squeeze fresh lime onto tacos and top with salsa.
