Instructions
  1. Line 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In large bowl, combine sunflower butter, vanilla extract, honey, protein powder and salt until fully incorporated. Mix in flour, oats, cranberries and chocolate chips until well combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
  4. Spoon mixture into prepared pan, pressing down with spoon to make sure mixture gets into the corners and edges of pan. Smooth out top.
  5. Refrigerate at least one hour.
  6. To serve, slice into 8 bars.
