Ingredients
  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Dressing
Instructions
  1. In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside.
  2. Slice cabbage head into thin strips and add to large bowl.
  3. Chop parsley and toss with cabbage.
  4. Stir dressing into cabbage and coat evenly.
  5. Serve topped with sesame seeds.
Recipe Notes
  • If you have leftover vegetables in your produce drawer, add them to this salad. You can add thinly slice bell pepper, shredded carrot, green onions or cucumber as ideas.
