  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly oil muffin tins or line with muffin cups.
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine baking flour, toasted hemp seeds, protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon and dried fruit, if using.
  3. In separate bowl, mix together milk, egg, butter and oil.
  4. Slowly stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well blended.
  5. Spoon batter into each muffin cup.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
