Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free baking flour
- 3/4 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Yeah! Max Protein
- 1/4 cup toasted hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. monk fruit or pure stevia
- 2/3 cup milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp. ghee or soy-free vegan butter
- 1 Tbsp. hemp oil or unrefined extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 chia/flax “egg”
- Dried unsweetened fruit, optional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly oil muffin tins or line with muffin cups.

In large mixing bowl, combine baking flour, toasted hemp seeds, protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon and dried fruit, if using.

In separate bowl, mix together milk, egg, butter and oil.

Slowly stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well blended.

Spoon batter into each muffin cup.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
