Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In small bowl, make chia eggs by combining 2 Tbsp. chia seeds and 5 Tbsp. water. Set aside.

  3. In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sea salt and sweetener.
  4. In larger bowl, combine milk, vanilla, peanut butter, pumpkin and chia eggs.
  5. Combine dry and wet ingredients until dough is formed.
  6. On well-oiled baking sheet or parchment lined baking sheet, spoon cookies onto the pan, evenly spaced and press with fork.
  7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
