Instructions
  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook spinach 2 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat, cool slightly and chop before placing in a bowl.
  2. In medium bowl, mix together roasted red peppers, cream cheese, mayonnaise, seasoning and cheese with spinach.
  3. Place filling in tortillas and spread evenly. Roll tortillas tightly. Refrigerate 15 minutes before slicing.
