Ingredients
Salad
  • 1 cup organic baby spinach
  • 1/2 organic green apple cubed
  • 1/2 organic red apple sliced thin
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
Dressing
Instructions
  1. In two salad bowls, divvy up spinach and spread it out.
  2. In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well. (Note: Add warm water little by little until desired consistency is reached.)
  3. In medium bowl, add apples, celery and walnuts, pour in dressing and combine well. Pour on top of each bed of spinach to serve.
