Instructions
  1. Using grater, shred zucchini and drain using cheesecloth or colander.
  2. In small saucepan over high heat, combine oats, milk, zucchini, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and bring mixture to boil. Lower heat and simmer until oats are tender, about 5 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Add maple syrup to taste and any add-ins of choice. Serve warm.
