3-Ingredient Vegan Chocolate-Coconut Cookies
Ingredients
3/4 cup RawMio Chocolate Coconut Spread
1 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
Directions
1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Scoop out a spoonful of the mixture, roll it into a ball and press down with a fork.
3. Repeat until all dough is gone.
4. Freeze cookies for one hour or until hardened.
