Energy Greens Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
2 cups fresh or frozen spinach
1 tsp. maca powder
1 cup almond milk
Directions: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth. Top with more maca, if desired.
Antioxidant Berry Smoothie
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup almond milk

Orange-Peach Vita-C Smoothie
1 orange, peeled
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup coconut milk
1-2 Tbsp. shredded coconut (or to taste)
