Step aside, Swiss Miss. Everyone’s over pudding in little foil-topped plastic tubs. On today’s dessert menu is a creamy, seed-studded treat that satisfies a sweet tooth without squashing healthy-eating efforts. The secret? It’s in the chia. These itsy-bitsy babies are bursting with protein, omegas and fiber – but even better, they soften when soaked, swelling into pudding-perfect thickness no one can resist. And you don’t have to! Sprinkle on some fruit and serve this stuff for breakfast. There’s no sweeter start to the day.
