However, when it comes to avocado dressing, it can be hard to find a version that doesn’t include some form of dairy. This vegan option is the solution to that dilemma. Ingredients
1 Tbsp. soy-free vegan mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. avocado oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Freshly ground black pepper
1 avocado
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
In high-speed blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until creamy consistency forms.
