Eggnog Waffles
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
 - ½ tsp. salt
 - 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
 - ¾ tsp. ground cinnamon
 - ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
 - 2 large eggs
 - 3/4 cup eggnog
 
Optional toppings
- Cinnamon
 - Mint
 - Pomegranate arils
 - Whipped cream
 
Instructions
- 
										In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

										In warm waffle maker, pour one serving of batter. Cook until lightly browned.

										Repeat with remaining batter.
