It’s up and at ’em bright and early, then go, go, go non-stop through the day. Sound familiar? On those days when slowing down isn’t an option, rev up your blender! This smoothie not only offers the satisfying refreshment of a cold drink, but you get a caffeine kick from coffee, an antioxidant boost from fresh berries, probiotics from yogurt plus vitamins, minerals and enzymes from raw honey.
