All Anxiety Comes From”¦

Quote of the day:

“Every day brings a choice: To practice stress or to practice peace.”

-Joan Borysenko

Feeling like you need to be somewhere other than where you are? Physically? Emotionally? Spiritually?

Your emotional guidance system is always telling you where you need to be. It’s pretty simple. Actually, very simple. If you feel good, you’re where you need to be. That’s it, people! Stop analyzing. Please.

The really cool thing about your Spirit is that it will always tell you where you need to be in relation to who you are and why you’re where you are.

It will never mock you, like a GPS device.

It won’t say, “Hey stupid! You’re in the wrong place, even though I keep telling you over and over again where to go!” or “No, I ain’t gonna tell you again where you need to be, because I told you yesterday and you didn’t listen!”

And  it won’t chastise you with, “Why in the world are you there anyhow?”

Of course, your GPS wouldn’t do that, and neither will your emotional guidance system (your feelings). There’s no judgment involved. Your Spirit never judges. Only loves and guides.

It’s you who’s making the negative judgment, saying, “I’m not where I should be.”

In my humble opinion, the fastest and easiest way to not do that””to not judge yourself, to not feel you should be anywhere other than where you are right now?

Make peace with where you are. Now.

When “I’m not in the right place” is in your thought pattern and energy, you’re turned in the wrong direction.   That’s why it feels so bad. Not because you’re actually not in the right place.

And guess what? You’re attracting more of that low vibration and energy via The Law of Attraction.

So if you find yourself saying “I’m in the wrong place” at any point today (it could be as simple as feeling impatient during a task, thinking you should be doing something different or getting something else done), stop and instead focus on something else.

As your GPS would say, “Please return to the highlighted route.” As I would say, “Please return to your destiny.”

Have the best day ever!

Namaste!
