Banana Bread Super Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
 1/2 cup ice
 1 banana
 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
 2 tsp. flax oil
 1 date, pitted
 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
 Pinch allspice
 Handful walnuts, chopped
Directions
