Break out the mini umbrellas! This frosty beverage is a summer party-pleaser, with a scoop of healthy protein powder to replace the traditional splash of rum. You get double the tropical flavor from creamy coconut milk combined with coconut flavoring, and chunks of fresh pineapple and a frozen banana add the perfect sweet tanginess and creamy texture. Pina Colada Protein Smoothie

 

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup pineapple
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 tsp. natural coconut flavoring
Ice

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
