Triple Chocolate Protein Brownies

Don’t let that craving for chocolate derail your diet – instead, turn it into a chance to incorporate more protein into your day!

With oat flour, unsweetened applesauce, cocoa and delicious Phase8 milk chocolate protein powder, these brownies are lighter on sugar than typical baked confections, but bursting with muscle-building nutrients.

Ingredients:


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix the Phase8 with oat flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the unsweetened applesauce, egg whites, almond milk and stevia.
  3. Combine the contents of the small bowl with the medium bowl. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into a greased 8×8 pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
