Good, old-fashioned comfort food comes in many forms: a bowl of piping-hot soup, creamy mashed potatoes with a pat of real butter, cheesy macaroni baked with a crumb topping. But when it comes to sweet, soothing favorites, nothing slows down time and sets your mind at ease like rice pudding. You won’t have a worry in the world spooning up a serving of this healthified, sugar-free version, made with mellow vanilla, warming cinnamon and a base of brown rice.
